•       Physical ability to manage hoses, auger connections, and loading equipment as needed, and lift a 50 lb. bag of feed.

•       Ability to stand, climb, bend, and work/drive outdoors in varying weather conditions.

•       Reliable, punctual, and self directed — routes are scheduled and customers are counting on you.

•       Strong communication skills with both the farm team and customers.

•       Ability to satisfactorily pass a driving record review, and pre-employment screening.

───────

Preferred (but not required)

•       Experience with farm operations and agricultural environments.

•       Familiarity with grain handling equipment such as augers, bin systems, or bulk feed delivery.

•       Knowledge of feed, grain, or agricultural supply delivery.

•       Ability to read a delivery schedule and plan a route efficiently.

  •  Part-time, non-exempt position averaging 16–24 hours per week

•       Scheduled 2–3 delivery days per week with same-day out-and-back routes
