Return & Refund Policy

In line with the requirements of the Food Safety Management Act and Certified Organic standards, our products are non-returnable.  In some cases, however, purchases may be refundable if there are demonstrated defects.  If you find a flaw or defect, please call us immediately at 518-851-2000.  We will need photographs and documentation of the problem as well as the lot number from your order tag or invoice.
