5. Order Loading Policy

At Stone House Grain, we take care to ensure that every order leaves our facility in the same condition it was prepared. We expect our customers to ensure that it arrives home safely.

How We Load Orders

All palletized orders are loaded exclusively onto open truck beds, uncovered flatbed trailers, or into utility vans and box trucks with rear door access. This allows our team to safely place pallets using a forklift and ensures that loads are properly positioned and stable before departure.

Customers are responsible for arriving with a vehicle that meets these requirements and for securing their load before leaving the facility. Stone House Grain loads pallets into position, but it is the customer's responsibility to strap, brace, or otherwise secure their freight for travel. If you have questions about whether your vehicle or trailer is appropriate for pickup, please contact us before you arrive to pick up your order.

Preparing for Pickup

To keep things moving smoothly at the mill, we ask that customers:

Wait to receive notice that their order is ready to be picked up
Arrive with an open truck bed, uncovered flatbed trailer, or a utility van or box truck with rear door access
Bring appropriate straps or tie-downs to secure their load
Be present during loading to verify the order before leaving the facility

We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to getting your order loaded and on its way.

6. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

Keeping login credentials secure

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if misuse occurs.
